A'Dair acorn emblem

Wine and oak have long been partners, shaping and protecting wine for centuries, whether through fermentation, maturation, or shielding vineyards from the wind. Domaine A'Dair® celebrates that long history and our name's association with the stately oak. Like acorn to oak and vine to wine, patience and craft are rooted in every bottle.

Tasting Profile

Ripe apple and stone fruit notes are woven together with supple oak spice and vanilla giving a smooth, creamy palate.

Winemaking

Chardonnay vineyards were selected for their longing growing days followed by cool nights to develop complexity while maintaining acidity. The grapes are picked at optimum ripeness and fermented at cold temperatures to ensure concentrated aromas and flavors.

Tasting Profile

Cherry, raspberry and strawberry notes support by lifting acidity and hints of oak-spice and warm earth, with a long smooth silky finish.
